Returns and Exchanges
Regular Priced Products
Within 15 days of shipped date, you can return your item for a full refund onto the original form of payment.
Within 30 days of shipped date, you can return your item for a store credit.
After this 30 days, if no exchange or store credit was requested, sale is final.
Sale or Items Purchased with a Discount Code
Within 15 days of shipped date, you can exchange your item or alternatively we can provide you with a store credit.
After 15 days, if no exchange or store credit is requested, sale is final.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and you must have the receipt.
Gift cards are not refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

It is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend shipping with Canada Post as these are often much cheaper than other shipping companies)
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale Adjustments: If a purchased item is marked down, Local Legend offers a one-time price adjustment on your order under the following conditions:
Price adjustment request must be made within 7-days of your order being placed.
The same product must be in stock at the time of your price adjustment request.
The price difference must be refunded by gift card
Promotional Adjustments: If a promotional discount is offered, Local Legend Toys offers a one-time price adjustment on your order under the following conditions:
Price adjustment request must be made within 24-hours of your order being placed.
The same style and size must be in stock at the time of your price adjustment request.
